Good Friday, April 18 / 12-3pm

Volunteer at our Biggest Outreach of the Year! Over 2,000 guests come through our doors, an incredible way to bless our city. Hosting an event of this size takes many hands, and we need your help!

Here is how you can help:

Media Team

Sound Team

Every worship service and event depends on clear, high-quality audio. The Sound Team ensures that music, preaching, and every moment of worship are heard with clarity and excellence.

Flag Team

Using creative expression through movement, the Flag Team enhances worship by visually displaying the beauty and power of God’s presence through prophetic flag ministry.

Host Teams

The Welcome Team creates a warm, friendly environment for first-time guests, helping them feel seen and right at home. They’re here to make the first-time experience a great one!

Greeter Team

The first smile you see when you arrive! Greeters create a welcoming atmosphere by offering warm hellos, friendly handshakes, and helpful directions, making sure every guest feels at home.

Valet Team

Our Valet Team provides convenient curbside service, helping guests arrive smoothly and stress-free. Whether rain or shine, they assist with parking and offer a warm welcome right at the door.

Usher Team

Ushers help create a distraction-free and comfortable worship experience by assisting guests with seating, collecting offerings, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during service.

Kids & Youth Teams

(newborn - 5 years old)

A nurturing space where little ones learn about God's love through songs, stories, and play, all in a safe and caring environment.

A vibrant, fun-filled environment where children engage in interactive lessons, worship, and activities designed to build their faith and relationship with Jesus.

Sensory Room

A designed space offering a calm, supportive atmosphere for kids who need extra sensory care, ensuring every child can engage in church at their comfort level.

Grace Youth

A dynamic ministry that helps middle and high school students grow in faith, build friendships, and discover their purpose in Christ through worship, teaching, and community.

Kids Check-In Team

Welcome families with a smile and ensure a smooth, easy check-in for our children’s ministries, making parents feel at ease and kids excited for their time in Grace Kids and the Sensory Room!
