We are not a deliverance ministry in the way most people think of it—we are not demon hunting. It’s this underlying belief that we are constantly susceptible to whatever the enemy wants to do.

The demonic isn't as scary as most think it is. Being sons and daughters of the Father, we have a greater spirit. Sometimes there are things to deal with, but they're usually much easier than we think. So if you’re looking for deliverance, which is simply being brought out of something into something else, then yes, we do that.

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment, provided that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we respect your need to adjust your plans.

2. Grace Period: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, we offer a 20-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive within this window, we'll still accommodate your appointment.

3. Rescheduling After 20 Minutes: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule it. This is to maintain the quality and timeliness of our services for all guests.

4. Importance of Notice: When a session is canceled without sufficient notice, we are unable to fill that time slot by offering it to another guest. Without a cancellation fee policy, we would miss the opportunity to schedule another guest, which impacts everyone.

By adhering to this policy, we ensure fairness for all our guests and maintain the integrity of our services.
